ADVANTAGES OF MEK
The advantages of MEK over other alternative sources of heating:

• it is fireproof (carpet, curtain)
• there is no danger of direct contact to heated wire under voltage with metal objects
• there is no combustion of particles of dust on heating surface
• it is not necessary to have an extra room for it
• regulation possibility of heating intensity (as a protection of freezing) in rooms that are used periodically (e.g.weekend cottages)
• in case of economic storey heating (i.c. heating of single room)
• cost-effective, it is cheeper than any other heating source

The work of the MEK type appliance is based on "thermosiphonic effect", with the electric heater 1 playing the role of "thermodynamic pump". The heating body operates as an uniform system, individual parts (components) of which completly and evenly "heat", owing to the water circulation induced by "thermosiphonic effect". The button 2 in the electronic thermoregulator enables refine regulation of the ambient temperature. As s protection of the possible overheating, thermic fuses have been installed, which melt at an increased temperature and disconnect the feed circuit of the heater. The light of the signal lamp 3 (installed inside the cap) indicates that the heater works.
